Mr. Rangachari K
(Founder & Managing Director)

M/s SVSLS Engineering Private Limited., started by Mr. Rangachari. He is a post-graduate in Human Resource Management. His professional career is started as a field Asst. In Aarvee Associates Engineers & Consultants Pvt Ltd., Hyderabad from November 2005 to January 2011. He played a key role in conducting Public consulting meetings at site such as FMB's and adangal collection for DPR (Detail Project Report), collection of village maps for DPR etc. He participated in Base line surveys, Socio-Economic surveys, Social Assessment and Social Impact Assessment exercise which were conducted as a part of the R & R Project.

He involved in pre-construction activities, such as fixing of Right of Way (ROW), preparation of Land plan schedules, Traffic surveys, Structural Evaluation, Land Acquisition and participated in joint inspection along with Govt. Departments like Revenue, R&B, Forest, Electrical, Rural Water supply, Irrigation, Endowment, Horticultural, and BSNL. He holds the management at the site office for the maintenance of Establishment, Agreements of site vehicles and other important tasks. He participated in the preparation of R & R Project report.

Subsequently, he joined in Era Infra Engineering Limited., Hyderabad as an Asst. Officer (P&A). During his service from June 2011 to July 2011; he acted as a key factor in Grievance handling, for maintenance of harmonious relations in between Management and Employees by providing better working conditions. He paid much attention for keeping General Administration / Facility Management, Site Office Management including Establishment, Arrangement of vehicle agreements in an efficient manner. He has monitored Security arrangements, House- keeping activities, and Attendance records of Employees. He handled recruitment and organized Employee engagement activities as and when time demands.

Later Mr. Rangachari worked as a Manager (Surveys) in V R TECHNICHE Consultants Pvt Ltd., Hyderabad from July 2011 to November 2014. He has played a key role in Planning & Co-ordination, Supervising and Monitoring of all investigations, related to Traffic studies (Manual Traffic Surveys, Video based Traffic surveys), O-D Survey, Axle Load Surveys, Coding, Highways inventories, BBD Surveys & Field Investigations, Site Office Management. Mr. Rangachari has got about 12 years of rich experience and acquired competency in subject by virtue of association with different kinds of reputed Organizations. So far, he coordinated 70 Traffic related Surveys, 15 Engineering related Surveys and 3 Rehabilitation & Resettlement related Surveys during his 13 years of experience.

Mrs. Sharanya. K
(Director)

M/s SVSLS Engineering Private Limited., Co-founder by Mrs. Sharanya. K, she is a Diploma in Civil Engineering. Working as a Director at SVSLS Engineering Private Limited. She involved in pre-construction activities, such as Traffic surveys, Engineering Surveys and participated in various projects from last 3years. She also involved in business financial activities and she plays a key role in Traffic & Engineering data processing.

Lakshmi N.C
(Asst. Project- Manager)

Mrs. Lakshmi.N.C. Completed Diploma in E&C from JSS polytechnic 2004. She is working as Asst Project Manager in our organization. She is experience 8+ years in Larsen & Toubro. Experience (Medical systems, Mysore) in Production planning, Component level troubleshooting of PWA’S. Worked as Team Lead in production for 2 products in both (ULS & PMS)

Mangesh Kumar
(Site Coordinator)

Mr. Mangesh Kumar is completed Diploma. He is working as a Site Coordinator in our organization, He is Having good experience in Supervising & Team Handling. He is good in coordinating with the clients and staff, identifying the training needs, developing training programs to ensure constant learning and development of employees and establishing a proper organizational structure.

Pavan Kumar T
(Site Coordinator)

Mr. T Pavan Kumar is completed his Diploma in Civil Engineering from Sri Venkateswara Institute of Technology. He is Having good experience in Supervising & Team Handling. He is good in coordinating with the clients and staff, identifying the training needs, developing training programs to ensure constant learning and development of employees and establishing a proper organizational structure.

Omprakash Goud T
(HR & Admin Asst. Manager)

Mr. T Omprakash is graduate in B Com from SV University in Tirupati 2005-2007. He is working as Human Resource & Admin Manager in our organization. He is Overall 9+ years of good experience in HR Operations cum Admin, Experienced in man power planning, recruitment, developing performance management system, developing employee welfare programs, identifying training needs and conducting trainings, employee grievance handling, developing and implementing disciplinary policies, conducting exit interview, final settlement of employees, good communication and interpersonal skills, well versed with People Soft etc.

K.V.S. Ramesh Kumar
(Asst. Manager- Accounts)

Mr. K V S Ramesh Kumar is completed MBA Finance from Tamilnadu Open University 2010-2012. He is working as Asst. Manager (Accounts) in our organization. His overall experience 7+ years in Accounts department, Experienced in Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statement, Handling with Service Tax, Reconciliation of Creditors, Debtors accounts, Responsible for general office administration and file management, Preparing Sales & Purchase Invoices using with ERP 9.0, Preparation of TDS Calculations and Returns, Funds Trf to Customers through online/RTGS, Preparation of Statutory Returns like PF & ESI.

Mrs. P. Sujatha is completed her B.Ed. from Osmania University 2014-2015. She is working as Data Administrator. She is having good experienced in data storage and computer knowledge with good coordinating skills with the Clients and Staff, coordinating with various departments at all site / location in pan over India with respect to surveillance & good communication and interpersonal skills, well versed with People Soft etc.

Kaknale Pooja Pandurang
